When Hillary lost, George Soros could hardly believe it, so he pledged up to $5 million to have votes recounted in Wisconsin, and he would also pay to have the votes recounted in Michigan and Pennsylvania if the team chose. George Soros has long been an advocate for Democrats. He believes that voting laws exist in many states that make it difficult for Latinos, African Americans and young people to vote.
Soros and the Democracy Alliance Hold Emergency Meeting
George Soros is a large supporter of Democracy Alliance who met in Washington D.C.. shortly after the vote. All members of this alliance must pledge to give at least $200,000 annually to activist groups. The group warmed that they feared their would be war under President Trump’s leadership on Politico. Some in the group fear that their campaign to get people to join their party based on climate change is not working, and that a new plan must be developed immediately.
Campaign Ads Airing for 2018
Less than three weeks after Hillary’s loss, the Soros-backed group Progressive Change Campaign Committee launched its very first ad of the 2018 campaign cycle in Arizona. The ad that appeared over the Thanksgiving weekend on project-syndicate.org attempted to link Arizona Senator Jeff Flake to President-elect Donald Trump.

On numerous occasions George Soros has referred to President Trump as a con artist who would try to become a dictator. When the stock market rose quickly after Trump’s surprising victory on Forbes, many believe that Soros lost as much as $1 billion dollars throwing even more fuel on the heated.
Recommending Impeaching President Trump
According to Politico, George Soros funds Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington that filed has recommended that President Trump be impeached because of the money that he receives for renting office space in his buildings to foreign governments. According to required federal filings, the group receives funding from Tide Foundation and from Media Matters for America which are both heavily backed by Soros.
Soros Involvement with the Women’s March on Washington D.C.
Numerous groups supporting the Women’s March on Washington D.C. receive funding from George Soros. This rally which took place the day after President Trump’s inauguration was billed as being nonpartisan. Some of those groups include:
