Cleveland Browns’ receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is at the center of trade rumors after a Twitter dispute reignited speculation on Friday.

Beckham, who has been quiet of late, has used social media to make a clear statement about his future.

Just wait until I get back on the field,” Beckham wrote. “The second act is tragic…. for everything I love.”

Just wait until I touch Idgaf’s field …..again…. for my part.

He went on to say, “I’m more motivated than ever.”

Comments at the positions, which drew a large crowd, suggested that the Browns’ star receiver was motivated not only to return to the field, but also to find a new team.

Sir Yacht, a Cleveland celebrity better known for jumping rivers after the Browns’ victory than reporters, said earlier today that “sources” had told him there was a good chance Beckham would be dismantled.

Odell Beckham has been linked to Tom Brady and the Buccaneers.

When it comes to Beckham’s business rumors, Tom Brady is the central figure. Beckham has long admired Brady and has openly stated in the past that he wants to play against him.

“It’s always been a dream of mine to play for Tom Brady,” Beckham said in 2019, his first season in Cleveland.

Earlier this week, Jeff Darlington of ESPN spread the rumor that Beckham could be a target for the Buccaneers, this season’s defending Super Bowl champions.

“I’m going to say Odell Beckham Jr. and I’m going to say it because of the relationship between Tom Brady and Odell, knowing that it will be a long time before that actually happens,” Darlington said. “It’s important to remember that Tom Brady did not give Jason Licht [the Buccaneers’ general manager] the idea of bringing Odell to [Tampa] before this season, even though the two guys were going to play together at some point. I say that because I see Odell in a situation where, in this offseason, he might be more available to the Browns than last year, that Jason Licht might answer that call. But all that being said, I’ve also been told that they’ve agreed to take Chris Godwin, Mike Evans and Antonio Brown if they can get him back. If anything changes, that’s exactly what I’m looking at, Greenie”.

Meanwhile, Fox Sports radio host Chris Broussard tried to spread rumors about Beckham in Green Bay.

The Browns have shrugged off rumors about Odell Beckham.

Since his arrival in Cleveland, Beckham has been the subject of commercial rumors. Although the Browns have always maintained that Beckham is part of the future, the ACL tear, combined with the high payroll, has made him a prime target.

“I’ve said it many times, Odell is a good football player,” Browns general manager Andrew Berry told reporters at the end of the season. “He has integrated well into our program with Kevin and his teammates. Frankly, I just want to have as many good players on the roster as possible.

Before the injury, Beckham had 23 strikes on 43 targets for 319 yards and three touchdowns, plus a running score. What didn’t help him was that Cleveland’s offense came without him as they won their first playoff game in more than a quarter century.

The most likely outcome is that the Browns will see what a motivated Beckham looks like after his injury and whether he can make the connection with quarterback Baker Mayfield, who will have much better control of the offense in his second year under Kevin Stefanski. If things go awry, Cleveland could buy the three-time Pro Bowler.
